The Week in Review through 12/7/08

Meditation:

Zazen (periods): 1
Metta: 7

Notes:

I’m writing this retrospectively, though I keep a list in my planner of my daily meditations. Working 15 hours per day Monday through Thursday leaves me wiped out by Friday. I’m meditating for shorter periods, but at least I’m still finding some moments for it here and there.
