The Week in Review through 11/9/08

Meditation:

Demon Feeding: 3
Prajna Paramita Practice: 2
Zazen (periods): 2
Metta: 1

Chanting: 1

Notes:

I was very sick this past week, and the quality and quantity of my meditation practice have both suffered. Metta (lovingkindness) was the first meditation I learned, back in 1998, and it’s the easiest and most familiar for me to do.
